I love to create.

My custom work began after college, equipped with a fashion design degree, minors in fine art and art history and years working both as a seamstress and consultant in bridal salons. It supplemented an already busy career that began on the corporate side of a luxury bridal house, moved to production with a bespoke couture company and led to heading all creative and manufacturing for a limited-production wholesale bridal line. My tailoring experience ranges from one-off fit and repairs to tailoring designer pieces for A-list celebrities at the Met Gala and CFDA Awards. Trained in couture, I specialize in eveningwear and millinery, using fine woven fabrics, mostly silk, vintage and European lace. The majority of material in my collection and bespoke work are either designer end cuts, repurposed, recycled or reused (but always clean of course!)- wherever possible I prefer to waste little and create minimal environmental impact. I typically employ traditional methods, intricate details, hand-beading and often manipulate, dye and paint fabric and skins for one-of-a-kind pieces.

I also work in 2D, exploring different media on paper and canvas. I take commissions, and am usually working on several pieces and projects at a time.

An evolving interest in visuals and the use of space, color and texture (as well as the journey it’s been putting my place together) brought me to love interiors. I enjoy playing with textiles, repurposing and refinishing furniture, and arranging functional, focused, intriguing rooms.
