As an artist and romantic, Heather has always been drawn to bridal. In 2005 she began working directly with brides and their attendants as a consultant, developing an affinity for helping customers find the perfect wedding ensemble.
Continuing to refine her knowledge in fashion and garment construction, Heather graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Fashion Design along with minors in Fine Art and Art History from Drexel University. During that time she worked as a curating assistant at the Drexel Historic Costume Collection, cultivating her learning of intricate couture details from the work of many renowned fashion masters. Heather ended her studies with concentrations in couture evening wear and millinery, her thesis earning her an 'Honors with Distinction' status.
Still entranced with bridal, she acquired new points of view within the industry by working on the corporate end of a luxury designer bridal house and then in production with a bespoke couture bridal company. Heather’s tailoring experience ranges from one-on-one bridal fit and alterations to tailoring designer pieces for A-list celebrities in preparation for the Met Gala. Naturally, her combined skills and bridal history influenced her to create custom gowns and headpieces, having the privilege of working with discerning customers since 2012.
All work is proudly American-made with special care in Heather's studio, providing every customer with high quality service and craftsmanship.
